Leading Smart Security Provider Guardian Protection Recognized with Two Industry Awards for Monitoring and Response Excellence
Pittsburgh, June 26: The two most deserving industry awards were presented to Guardian Protection, which is the fifth-largest security solution in the country. The awards are for serving the highest level of law enforcement community and to offer excellent security monitoring to Smart Security Provider Guardian Protection.
At the beginning of this month, during the Annual Electronic Security Expo (ESX) conducted by Monitoring Association was giving 2019 Monitoring Center of the Year award to the Guardian. This award marks the significance of the security provider in terms of:
- professionalism followed,
- contributing to the enhancement of monitoring industry,
- displaying excellent customer and community service.
A blue-ribbon panel was assembled to judge the entries to analyze various aspects of the Smart Security Provider Guardian Protection in terms of performance and includes:
- recruitment process,
- customer handling,
- training and development criteria,
- maintaining relationships with other authorities,
- handling of wrong delivery procedure,
- effective communication skills.
It is noteworthy to mention that Guardian was also the winner of the 2015 awards. According to the rules and policies, the award-winning company is not allowed to apply for awards after winning for at least three years. Therefore, the Guardian was applying for the award after three years. Noticeably, Guardian has won this award consecutively for the second time in the row.

The industry conference of the Security Industry Alarm Coalition was also presenting the Police Dispatch Quality Award to the Guardian, apart from getting the award for Monitoring Center of the Year. This award marks how the security monitoring services are in removing the unwanted first responder dispatches, and ensures the right practices against alarm response is followed. This aim is to offer the officers with the relevant information.
The Vice President of Care and Monitoring Operations, Mr. Jason Bradley cites that the industrial awards aim to admire and identify the hard work of the employees behind the monitoring and response process. During 2018, the specialists at Guardian monitoring centers were receiving and responding to around 1.6 million signals along with maintaining 16.8 seconds as average response time. This makes the Guardian exceptionally professional and fastest in responding.
